Doculogic AEC specialise in the AEC sector, providing print, plotting and scanning systems to a wide variety of clients.

VEN Systems has provided a complete suite of products for Doculogic from finance to e-commerce. Here are some of the highlights:

  • VoIP telephone System - spending less than £700 on their new phone system, we provided a fully featured system with call routing, DDI's, which saved them over 60% on their calls.
  • VENLink 40.3 Internet System - Making use of three internet connections for all data, VEN Systems installed a new router system to enable cost effective load balancing for inbound and outbound voice and data traffic - Doculogic will not lose internet service.
  • extraLOGiC - Doculogic's extranet service for online print orders. This system is used by over 40 companies enabling them to log on to a bespoke web area where they can upload files and folders, compressing them as they go to save bandwidth, before sending them across the internet. Clients are then invited to complete an online form, which is confirmed via email, with files uploaded to the relevant print queues at Doculogic.
  • Kofax to DMS - A fully integrated system allowing either client side or bureau based scanning of documents in bulk, with automatic file naming and metadata tagging for uploading to BuildOnline or other DMS systems.
  • High Speed Mono Plotting- Integrating Reprodesk, Oce 9800 and TDS systems to provide over 24x A1 plots a minute.
  • Screen and Printer Calibration - using various techniques, VEN Systems engineers provided a customised space to ensure colour matching is achieved for the complete set of PCs, Macs, printers, plotters, scanners and print systems.
  • Scanning Systems - Integrating large format, MFD and high volume scanners in to an Adobe Capture and Kofax workflow for multiple products including E-Manual.
  • E-Manual - As Adobe Solution developers, VEN Systems have direct access to the Beta versions and Adobe engineering team. We created a fully customisable product for archiving projects to DVD and for simple full text searching and navigation.
