KLH UK have grown fast from 2 staff to 12 in two years. We have provided them with beneficial technologies to suit this growth, such as a VoIP PBX for a fast office move - a 2 week provisioning of new numbers, lines and broadband. Additionally, we have provided inbound fail-over internet connectivity for their highly mobile project engineers: Now they are never without their Outlook and Project data helping to ensure these high speed builds stay on track.

Here are some of the highlights we have put in place:

  • Microsoft Project - Enabling the project teams to work in a synchronised environment, each user can work on shared data, onsite or remotely.
  • VENLink 40.3 Internet System - Using three internet connections for all traffic, VEN Systems new router system enables cost effective load balancing for inbound and outbound voice and data traffic - outside of router failure, KLH UK will not lose internet service again.
  • Windows Mobile - Integrating Windows Mobile with tasks and appointments from Microsoft Project. With a view to integrate time and billing for off site engineers.
  • Ricoh MPC2500- We supplied, installed and trained users on the new Ricoh MFD printer. Unlike many companies, we not only installed the inbound and outbound fax, but also ensured that users understood the different print drivers and completed the company directory for scanning and faxing. We also managed to save KLH 10% on the lease and on ongoing maintenance charges from their lowest quote.
