  • Vectorworks - integrated MacOS Client with Entourage and Vectorworks to efficiently communicate with AutoCAD and Exchange.
  • Disaster Recovery - Saving over £1200 on the list price, VEN Systems supplied a tape backup library with daily, weekly and monthly retirements which provide fast recovery, as well as the peace of mind from full offsite storage.
  • ISDN Phone System - We replaced the outdated handsets, (PBX) phone system and moved the telephone lines over to our control. Packman Lucas now has a modern phone system with VoIP functionality and have reduced their total telecoms spend by 60%.
  • VENLink 40.3 Internet System - Making use of three internet connections for all data, the new router system installed by VEN Systems enables cost effective load balancing for inbound and outbound voice and data traffic - barring router failure, Packman Lucas will not lose internet service again.
