We take over the tape rotation, monitoring reports and off-site storage whilst fully documenting each part of the process along the way. All records of your rotational and off-site stored media are made available through your VIP portal. In the event of disaster, VEN will have instant access to the last off-site backup to begin the recovery either through remote access or on-site delivery.
