We believe you only should pay for the time you use, so we have introduced billing by the minute to eradicate any over-charging queries that may arise. This new billing model enables individuals to take further control of the usage of our engineer’s time and to only get charged for the actual time a case has taken. The V.I.P enables our clients to view all past, future and current cases, the individual case statuses, the collective time spent on the cases and all timesheet entries as made by our Engineers, Senior Team, Developers or Consultants. The V.I.P is dynamic, so any work carried out by our teams is immediately reflected on the portal.
