01.05.10 TECPRO Site Visit Reports Improved

Before our VEN Engineers visit on-site, we produce a physical in-depth Site report which gathers all currently active cases that have been logged through our customised help-desk.

Before our VEN Engineers visit on-site, we produce a physical in-depth Site report which gathers all currently active cases that have been logged through our customised help-desk. This enables us to actively track work that needs to be carried out during each site visit, and carry out any research for more complex issues before arriving on-site, resulting in less time taken to run through the details of any work that needs to be carried out. On arrival, the Engineer will run through the active cases with an authorised on-site contact, highlighting a preferential order for the cases to be worked upon. Each case is both assigned to, and signed off by on-site staff, ensuring that we update the case owner appropriately on resolution of the case. Once the session draws to a close, the VEN Engineer will again run through the cases with an authorised on-site contact and update cases that require resolution, further work or new cases that are generated during the visit. All cases are updated in real-time by our engineers ensuring all cases are as up-to-date as possible. On sign-off of the TEC|PRO site visit report, the authorised site contact can add any notes as necessary.
