Our in-house development team is always looking at ways for the customer to report incidents in an easy to use and efficient manner. Our latest offering is a desktop application called VEN.To. The VEN.To application automatically creates a case within our helpdesk system, which enables us to deal with cases promptly. This tool enables our customer to report faults directly to our helpdesk along with easily created screenshots to aid our engineers before they remotely connect. Our engineers receive requests via a secure VPN link to your computer resulting in faster case resolution times for our customers.
