Our IT Support Programs
At VEN Systems we base our suite of services around our IT support operation. Every enquiry and action is recorded throughout every function. It has taken many years of in-house development to ensure we make your priorities our own.
We have three programs that provide a natural progression throughout your company’s growth. Starting with OnDemand for businesses with modest or sporadic needs, followed by TECPRO|ACTIVE for a fully outsourced IT Department, moving to 2nd Line, where we simply aid in house staff on management, and provide an escalated route and holiday cover. Each program offers the same options, with the ability to purchase a block of time on a pay-as-you-go basis, through to 36-month contracts.
