VEN Systems bases our suite of services around our IT support operation. Every enquiry and action is recorded throughout every function. It has taken many years of inhouse development to ensure we make your priorities ours. Our next challenge is to make sure that every that you wish to work is provided - presently you have a choice of three:

  • TECPRO|ACTIVE IT Support

    Our TecProActive contract is built for companies that may or may not have technical staff, but want a fixed price to outsource the management and support of their computer and network systems to specialists, so they can concentrate on what they do best.

  • OnDemand IT Support

    Our OnDemand IT Support service provides the flexibility to pay for what you need, just when you need the support. This pay-as-you- go method offers options that can be added later to make the service more regular, as a more pro-active service is required.

  • Second Line IT Support

    This service is aimed at companies that have an IT Manager or department, that wish to bolster support in area's it cannot (or doesn't want to) support. From a full user helpdesk to supporting specialist back-end systems, we can take laborious or specialists tasks away from, and integrate our ticket generation system, in to your existing onsite operation.
