B Conferencing
Our system allows 3-way conferencing. Very simple for any user to
initiate by simple pressing a feature button and dialing the ext or
external number
C TAPI Dialing
Users are able to make calls via windows applications such as outlook,
act, and sage. High volume callers will find this indispensable.
Management will also be able to collate call notes from these
applications.

Using one central database enables users to access up-to-date company
contacts by hand-set contact menus or their computers..
E Computer display, presence & im
Users' computer screens can provide a graphical interface to their
extension's operation, allowing point and click transfers, diverts,
voicemail, dialing, etc. Additionally, the system displays weather
other users are incall or able use instant messaging - very useful for
remote workers.

Voicemail can be accessed from any other telephone system, such as a
personal mobile. Access is secured with a pin number.

Our contracts have no 12 month tie-in so u can move to another supplier
with one months notice. We will also allow portability of full DDI
ranges and main numbers - so no more expensive redirections charges or
