Automated generation of sales documentation with revision control, saved to Sharepoint or the filesystem, output in Word or Acrobat PDF with hyperlinked sections using predefined templates.

With Microsoft Dynamics CRM, users are able to collect data from the client (or entered directly by the client) in to custom opportunity form. Using this information and predefined templates, an Acrobat PDF document with all elements required for the proposal are bookmarked in to a single, well presented document, saved to the file system or Sharepoint under the project reference or similar, and sent either to the client via their prefered method of transmission, or to the manager for QA.

Elements and quote information are automatically selected based on the information collected for the opportunity, so elements such as company profile, quote, case studies, product sheets, H&S information, terms and conditions etc. are all relevant, with time and cost savings made by not needing to use other departments to collate these elements.
