The most popular package we offer clients is a pro-active maintenance contract whereby one of our technicians constructively monitors your network, performing routine house-keeping functions and addressing any issues which may arise.
As part of this, we also offer rapid response to any problems that a client may report. If we can tackle the hitch remotely we will. Otherwise, if the matter is more complicated, the client will receive an on-site visit from one of our engineers.
