Number Translation Services (NTS)
VEN’s number translation services provide a competitive, cost effective, total voice solution. This service routes telephone calls which are made to non-geographic numbers beginning with 08, to a standard landline or mobile number. VEN can provide the following pre-fixes:
- 0800/0808 Freephone
- 0845 Local Rate
- 0870 National Rate
- 0871 Fixed National Rate
In addition to Ordinary Call Transfer (OCT) services, where an NTS number is translated to a single destination number VEN also provides a comprehensive set of Enhanced Call Plans. These allow businesses to have multiple routing options for a single number based on various parameters, such as time of day, day of the week and area of call origination.
