The extranet provides our clients access to our helpdesk system as well as a host of material of general interest aswell as specific to your company.
Our Help Desk system allows our clients to log issues, initiate emergency callout's, and view status updates.
General literature is provided to help our client's technical staff gain an understanding of what technology VEN can implement and build a proposal.
Client specific information includes network diagrams, system design, ISP configuration, licensing schedules, and much more.
