The AYC Telecom IPcts system encompasses a fully enabled Telephone PBX system and the functionality of IP Telephony system encased in a 1U 19" rack, wall or desktop mountable. So it can be installed in to any existing or 'green field' environment to deliver a complete VoIP enabled PBX.
* The AYC IPcts is an IP Telephony telephone system for the Small Business Market. It is a ‘stand-alone’ system that is 1U x 19”, desktop or wall mounted. Unlike other ‘claimed’ systems that are software loaded on to a PC / Server. It is a ‘true’ IP Telephony system not an IP Enabled system that requires additional plug in cards for VoIP or Voicemail. Also as a true IP Telephony system requires only 1 cable to the desk not 2 separate cables, 1 for the phone and 1 for the PC. This system really is a ‘Converged Telephone System’.
* The AYC IPcts is aimed initially at the Small Business Market for companies having up to 25 users and requiring either 8 analogue or 4 BRI ISDN (8 channels) trunk line connections. This is a market that is not catered for by other manufactures at a price that meets the budgets of these small businesses, but still providing all the features and benefits of an IP Telephony system.

The complete solution is built up of a system and then optional plug in Line Cards or external Gateways for Analogue or ISDN connectivity.

The CTI has been developed specifically with the user and ease of use in mind. Too many times IP Telephony systems have a CTI that is cumbersome and difficult to use and so, the users don't bother.
The IPcts CTI has two interfaces, the regular 'User CTI' and the receptionist 'WOC' (Windows Operators Console). Both are intuitive and kind on the eye, encouraging the use of them.
The User CTI provides an easy to use 'pop-up' window on the users PC. It has a built in Address Book that is shared system wide. A user can access their 'last 10' numbers, in or out, for redial purposes. The pop-up windows features are:-
